Shipping Policy

PREPARE & SHIP TIMELINES All products come from my original artwork and are handled with the utmost care in my studio.

  • Original Artwork (collections): I personally prepare and ship orders for original art within 1–3 business days.
  • Pet Portrait Commissions: The creation of your portrait follows the specific production window shown on the product listing (10, 13, or 15 business days from the date I approve your reference photos). Once the artwork is finished and you have provided your final written approval, I personally package and handle your order for shipment within 1–5 business days. This 5-day window is strictly for the safe, archival-grade packaging and processing required after the creative production phase is complete.
  • Limited Edition Giclée Prints: These are made-to-order on premium fine art paper (310 gsm). Outside of holiday seasons, please allow 10–14 business days for this specialized process before I prepare and ship the final package to you.
    1. Quality: I have chosen this 100% cotton, mold-made paper specifically for its highly tactile texture and museum-grade longevity. It captures the exact depth and "tooth" of the watercolor paper used for my original artwork to ensure the highest fidelity.
    2. Process: Each print is first produced at a professional lab and shipped to my studio. I personally inspect every piece, hand-sign the edition, and include a certificate of authenticity before final packaging.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS I am pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping (tracked & insured) on all original paintings, pet portrait commissions, and limited edition prints within the United States. I use USPS as shipping carrier.

  • Standard (tracked & insured): Free (est. 3-5 business days)
  • Expedite (tracked & insured): Calculated at checkout (est. 1-3 business days)
  • Fastest (tracked & insured): Calculated at checkout (est. 1-2 business days, USPS money-back guarantee on late deliveries)*

*Suspensions: USPS sometimes temporarily suspends these guarantees during extreme events, such as the winter weather suspensions seen in early 2026. Holiday Adjustments: During peak periods like December 22–25, the guarantee is often adjusted to allow for 2-day delivery instead of 1-day for most routes.

DELAYS & SEASONAL VOLUME While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume. During peak holiday periods (Nov–Dec), production and transit speeds may dilate. I will keep you updated on any unexpected delays on my end and recommend ordering early to account for these external factors.

GIFTING AN ORIGINAL You are welcome to ship art directly to a recipient. To ensure the invoice does not include pricing and your billing information remains private:

  • Enter the recipient’s address in the “Delivery” field
  •  Under the Payment section, untick the box that says “Use shipping address as billing address.”
  • Enter your own address in the “Billing” field. This allows me to process the gift correctly for tax purposes while keeping the surprise intact for your friend.

For any pet portrait commissions, please ensure the delivery address used at checkout matches the address provided on your Pet Portrait Commission Form.

PACKAGING & CARE Originals and prints are packaged with the utmost care using protective, archival-safe materials to ensure they arrive in gallery condition.

RETURNS & DELIVERY SUPPORT While I hope you love your new artwork, I understand the importance of a perfect fit. For details on our 5-business-day inspection window and how to return an item, please visit our Refund & Return Policy.

Note: If a pet portrait commission or original artwork arrives damaged, you must notify the studio within 5 business days with photos and video of the damage to initiate an insurance claim.
