Refund policy

Your satisfaction is my priority. Because my work spans original paintings, limited-edition prints, and custom commissions, returns and refunds are handled as follows.

CUSTOM PET PORTRAITS

Full refund any time before I begin sketching. Because each portrait is a bespoke original made for you, the following applies once work is underway:

  • Cancellation: Cancel any time before sketching begins for a full refund. Once sketching has begun, 50% of your payment is non-refundable, covering the professional labor and studio time reserved for your project.
  • If you reject the finished work: within the review window, I refund 50%; I retain the other 50%, the artwork, and all rights to it.
  • After shipping: Once an approved portrait ships, the sale is final.

ORIGINAL WALL ART (natureAWE COLLECTION)

  • 7-day inspection window from delivery.
  • Must be returned undamaged, in original packaging.
  • Purchase price refunded, excluding any express shipping paid at checkout.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility, fully insured and tracked (USPS or UPS).

LIMITED-EDITION GICLÉE PRINTS (natureAWE COLLECTION)

Produced to order. Final sale once in production, no returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED OR LOST | ANY ITEM

If any piece arrives damaged, or the carrier declares it lost, notify me within 5 business days of delivery with photos and videos of the packaging and the damage. I'll file the carrier's insurance claim. Your refund (or replacement, for prints) is issued once that claim is finalized.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Original wall art: cancel any time before it ships.
  • Giclée prints: because each is printed to order, cancellation is only possible before I send the order to the lab. Contact me immediately if you need to cancel.
  • Custom portraits: see above.

GENERAL

Sale items and gift cards aren't eligible for returns or refunds. For anything else, I initiate approved refunds within 5 business days; Shopify and your bank may need additional time to post funds to your original payment method.
